Rosie Wolf Williams of Business People Vermont recently visited with EnSave’s CEO Craig Metz and COO Amelia Gulkis. In the article – featured in the January 2015 issue – Craig and Amelia give insight into the company’s mission of agricultural and industrial sustainability, and the importance of employing more people in Vermont.

“For me” Gulkis says, “it’s always looking at the energy efficiency and overall sustainability — how we can make all operations leaner and more efficient. It just makes sense.”

CEO Metz feels a strong responsibility to employ more people in Vermont. “We have to really work hard to make sure that we’re growing the business, so that we’re not losing our young people. Business is good, profit is good — but you need to be responsible, and you need to value your people.”
