Rural Energy for America Program (REAP)
Rural Energy for America Program (REAP)
The Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) offers grants and loans to agricultural producers and rural small businesses for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. EnSave has worked with REAP and its predecessor program (Section 9006 of the 2002 Farm Bill) since the programs’ inception, and has provided several hundred farm energy audits in support of REAP applications. In addition to farm energy audits, EnSave also provides farm energy assessments and feasibility studies in support of REAP as well as application assistance and grant writing services for REAP applications. Our long history of working with the Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) and our expertise in farm energy analysis makes us a natural partner to help create a competitive application. We can also work with you to discuss your project and provide feedback on your project’s likelihood of funding according to REAP evaluation criteria.
If your organization is pursuing REAP funding for an Energy Audit & Renewable Energy Development Assistance grant, EnSave can partner with you as a service provider for energy audits and assessments.
